WHAT IS THIS?

 

 

Campaign: 

#VIDAPEREZOZA (#LAZY/SLOTH LIFE)

Perezozaz is a Mexican slipper brand that caters to men, women, and children with colorful and unique designs. Its naming comes from a wordplay in Spanish between “laziness” and “sloth”. 

The client came to us to develop a rebranding campaign. 

After some mental gymnastics, I discovered the ideal concept: #VIDAPEREZOZA

It is a campaign that recontextualizes the use of slippers and applies it to everyday situations, promoting a new fashion backed by a philosophy that advocates for a freer and more comfortable life. In other words, the lazy life is for all ages and styles.

The concept includes a hashtag in its name to communicate its overall presence in digital advertising and to make it easy and memorable for people to use on their social media when they buy their Perezozaz slippers. 

Working with the Art department in tandem, we decided to do some copywriting and use comparisons in the designed masters to show people what a “lazy” and “not lazy” life looks like. 

We also created a mascot plushie and iMessage stickers.
